Experience

I have 16 years working in licensed child care facilities. During this time I have held various positions as a teacher, curriculum coordinator, after school program director, as well as owner of a licensed in-home child care for 7 years in CA.

Current Certifications

I have attained a Child Development Associate (CDA), a Texas Administrators Credential, I am first aid and CPR trained, I hold a Child Care Health and Preventative Safety Certification (through The American Red Cross), I have TB clearance, my finger prints are on file with F.A.S.T. (Fingerprint Applicant Services of Texas) and I am a "Listed" child care provider with The Department of Family and Protective Services (D.F.P.S.)  All of my certifications are current and available for viewing.

Education

I have over 50 college credits in Early Childhood Education and Child Development attained at Tarrant County College and Sacramento City College, Plus various online classes in Child Development and Child Care Administration.
